Some activities include: Working with natural dyes, ceramics, crochet, essential oil blending, tea blending, vision-boarding, music making.

Michelle is a Birth Doula, Post-Partum Care Provider and an advocate for women's heath and wellness. Her passion lies in facilitating women through their different cycles, bringing awareness to the natural rhythms of the body. Michelle hosts intimate events catering to women in a welcoming, comfortable environment allowing for them to feel at home within the space and in their bodies. As a native New Yorker who grew up surrounded by a her mostly female family, she understands the importance of being supported in this way in a city that never sleeps. Her mission is to take part in fostering deeper more meaningful relationships among women and within themselves by creating a platform to cultivate unconditional support and community. She believes that through healing our internal worlds we can change the world around us one woman at a time to create a healthier, more conscious human experience.
